Curriculum Certification Prospectus

Complete RCI Certification: A certificate from an accredited college or university answers the need for a practical education that will get the student "out the door" and sometimes even into the workplace. However, it’s sad to say that most people, even with an accredited college or university certificate will not make it to the level in life where they themselves could honestly say, they are living the Richer Life.

One of the many positions The Richer Life Connection holds is being a non-governmental accredited learning center. Traditional and accredited Colleges and/or Universities do not teach or even know how to teach, the Rick C. Ernst No Money Down Real Estate Investing Techniques (which instructs ANYONE how to become a Real Estate Investor even with No Cash and/or Bad Credit). Therefore, these traditional educational institutions simply are not qualified to be in control of accrediting the real estate education received from The Richer Life Connection.

Full Accreditation status and certification is administered through “The Coaching Institute” which is a private, non-governmental accredited success coaching organization with the responsibility of over-seeing the creation, administration and periodic review of The Richer Life Connection’s 5-day real estate investor training seminar entitled: Secrets To Real Estate Wealth as well as the 1-year Creative Real Estate Coaching Program.

Once an individual has completed the entire real estate investing curriculum they will have earned Full Certification Achievement and be bestowed with the distinguished designation of RCI (Residential Certified Investor).
