For intense, critical situations where failure is not an option and dedication of twelve hours a day over a period of three days is required to critique, defuse and/or resolve issues. These services appropriate for:

CRISIS ISSUES
When corporate reaction strategies are critical, effective management maneuvers are essential if confronted with the following:
Board Chairperson/CEO/President masterminding, effective decision making, misappropriate actions of the individual or the organization, corporate hostile takeovers, deliberate corporate sabotage, plummeting corporate stock, shareholder unrest, preparation for crisis press conferences, competitive corporate intelligence, corporate acquisition and buyouts, partnership disputes, executive guidance, strategy negotiations/mediations.
Crisis Coaching is the process by which Dr. Rick C. Ernst coaches high profile individuals and organizations on dealing with a major unpredictable event that threatens to harm the individual or organization, (and/or their brand) its stakeholders, or the general public.
Three elements are common to most definitions of crisis handled by Dr. Rick C. Ernst: (a) a outside threat to the individual and/or the organization or by the misappropriate actions of the individual or the organization, (b) the element of surprise, and (c) a short decision time. This kind of crisis is a process of transformation where the old system can no longer be maintained.
Therefore the fourth defining quality is the need for proper response or in many cases a change. EMERGENCY DILEMMAS
Personal confidant services, marital conflicts, misappropriate actions, difficulties or impasses, personal emotional issues and quandaries, severe family conflicts, predicaments and/or dysfunctional situations, family losses, accidents, deaths, suicides other tragedy, devastation or catastrophe.
Crisis coaching engagements requiring more than three days is quoted on an individual basis.
IN PERSON COACHING/CONSULTING - $35,000
Corporate or personal session - six hours between Noon and 6:00 PM. No sessions booked in the months of August or December. This service is only available in Orlando Florida; during the first three weeks of the month, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please allow for forty-five to sixty day advanced scheduling.
INDIVIDUAL SUCCESS COACHING - $25,000
It's Lonely At The Top - frequently, exceptional individuals have personal or professional issues which they may not wish to confide to their families, co-workers, professional associates or even their counsel.
These highly specialized Life Success Coaching sessions form a behind-the-scenes alliance that assures confidentiality in an atmosphere of trust and integrity.
Particularly suitable for those who prefer success coaching on an individual and discreet basis - such as high-profile executives, officers of public corporations, politicians, professional athletes, television/motion picture personalities and other celebrities.
Includes: Three, 90-minute telephone coaching sessions per month and availability via email throughout the month.
*EXPENSES
Engagements outside Orlando, Florida require private jet reimbursement of $5,940 an hour and local hotel and ground transportation for two (2).
Travel outside USA: Add $10,000 per day.
All fees require advanced retainer. If letter of agreement is received less than 30 days before services, bank cashier's check or bank wire is required.
